As always, my experience with Brandee was a positive one. She is an excellent listener and definitely involves me in decisions that have to be made for my treatment. I am confident in the advice that Brandee gives me and in her ability to adapt my treatment to meet the needs/ symptoms that I present to her.

Dr Preis will explain things to you, so you fully understand what he's saying. He will show you on his screen as well, if needed.
Has a Great sense of humor as well.

Brandee is very thorough and explains things quite well although I wish I had a friend to sit in with me as I have questions when I get home. I’m not sure what we are looking to accomplish with OT. And I started the Rx med but will wait a week before I start the magnesium to be sure I don’t react. Hope not!

I have been a patient at Bromley Neurology for many many years. Unfortunately my run with them has come to an end. Over the past two years I have had billing issues that were only cleared up on behalf of my own efforts. In 2024 ant one of my appointments I was handed a bill from 2019 that they were expecting me to pay. Four years later! I went thru countless phone calls with my insurance company and Bromley. I had gone and far to send letters to the office and the doctors to rectify this problem and got no response. It wasn’t u til a year later and a new office manager was it rectified. Every time I have my appt which is every three months it has been getting worse and worse and my appt this past week was the breaker!
Again, I was told by office staff that I had no referrals (Lucy) Had this problem in Nov which I had to rectify myself and it wasn’t an error on my part. Another staff member (Ash) helped (Lucy) bc the referrals were in fact in the system however it was my understanding someone entered them wrong. Again, not my problem that is an inter office problem.
My appt was for 9am. I checked in the office at 8:40am. I was placed in a room at 8:55am. I sat in the room until 9:35am and at this point I popped my head out of the room to ask when the doctor would be coming in. I was told by a staff member that they would check. I heard nothing back from any staff member. At 10:10 I walked out of the room and asked to have my copay refunded because at that point I needed to leave and go to work. I was told by a rude office person that I could walk out to the front window and ask the woman at the desk. As I was ready to walk out Dr. Pries walked thru the door. I expressed how unprofessional and unacceptable it was to be waiting so long and not to have anyone tell me what was going on. I was dismissed without any reasoning. Dr. Pries proceeded to tell me he was running late and he was unsure why no one told me. Just deplorable care and disrespectful to your patients! It’s so difficult to find a new neurologist this far into my treatment and history there but unfortunately my time is just as valuable and so is my care. I will find a firm that will respect my time and my care.

Dr. Preis is an outstanding neurologist. He is experienced, very knowledgeable, performs a comprehensive examination and has an exemplary "bedside manner". Dr. Preis listens to his patients, is respectful and responsive. I have, and will continue to, refer him to others. Thank you for instilling confidence in me and for assisting me with understanding my medical issue.

Dr Bromley was very helpful in understanding all of my scans and test results. He was extremely thorough and spent a significant amount of time explaining my situation and all of the treatment options. I would highly recommend.

I was unable to walk. Dr. Bromley helped me get my quality of life back. Dr. Bromley is empathetic and has a passion for helping patients. I strongly recommend Dr. Bromley and the entire staff at Bromley neurology.
