The visit with Dr. Bromley was very informative and pleasant. He always makes me feel comfortable and is easy to speak with. He is so knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to what I have to say. He takes the time to address all my questions and I never feel rushed. Great doctor!

Brandi is wonderful! She is knowledgeable and listens. My initial comprehensive evaluation was extremely thorough. Upon my second visit, she took time to explain and review my test results in terms that I could understand and put me at ease. So glad I came to your office!

Got an opportunity to meet the office manager. It was nice meeting Deb. Deb gave me her extension if I ever need to provide opportunities to improve feedback.
After all of these years of going to this office. I am still unclear as to what to do to leave. Maybe an opportunity to improve is to state clearly what I need to do when leaving meeting with Dr. Hightower.
Other than that.. this has been one of my better experiences with the office in a really long time.

It’s always an interesting time when I see Dr Preis. He listens to everything I say and answers every question with complete explanations. And during that time, we can go off onto a tangent that’s not relevant to my being there, then easily return to my reason for being there. I enjoy hearing what
he has to say.

The staff was great and helped to make me feel at ease. Dr. Preis took his time with me and answered all my questions without making me feel like they were stupid or he needed me to move along. I also appreciated his laid back manor. It helped me to feel less anxious about the appointment.

5 stars is not enough stars for Dr Hightower, she is one of the smartest and most compassionate doctors I've ever met. I finally have a diagnosis and a game plan after months of hospital stays, doctor visits, and no answers. She is truly exceptional and I am so lucky to be under her care.

I was very nervous at first because it was my first time seeing Dr Hightower, but let me tell you from the moment I walked in everyone was nice and very professional. Dr Hightower is absolutely a God sent, she’s not only very professional but she is kind, sympathetic, empathetic, knowledgeable and a great listener. She LISTENED to me, which in today’s modern world it’s very rear because is in a hurry to move on to the next patient. She also knows and understand my rare genetic condition Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and let me tell you, that is rare. Dr Hightower is a gift and a credit to her profession and I’m absolutely grateful and blessed that I have Dr Hightower as my Neurologist.
